- Flexibility: The range of motion in a joint or series of joints and the ability to move muscles through a full range of motion.
- Body composition: The proportion of fat to lean mass in the body. A healthy body composition is one that includes a lower percentage of body fat and a higher percentage of lean mass, such as muscle, bone, and organs.
Cardiovascular endurance
Cardiovascular endurance, also known as aerobic endurance, refers to the ability of the heart, blood vessels, and lungs to deliver oxygen to the body during sustained physical activity. It is an important aspect of physical fitness because it enables the body to perform prolonged physical activities without fatigue.
Cardiovascular endurance can be improved through regular participation in activities that challenge the heart and lungs, such as running, cycling, swimming, or walking. Muscular strength

Muscular endurance

Body composition
